I'm finally getting settled in my full-time job, but I have to admit--training alone is exhausting. As I currently try to recover from information overload, I want to take a couple minutes to show you all my go-to motd that I've been rocking all week.

Let's start off with the base. I picked up the Fenty Beauty Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation the day after it launched and so far, I have a love/hate relationship with it. I'm obsessed with the finish and the coverage. It doesn't settle into my pores, feels super weightless, and stays matte on my oily skin for a pretty impressive number of hours. It's basically perfection. However, I've been noticing some tiny pimples lately that I think might be a result of the foundation. I'm not sure if I'm going to return it though because I just love how it feels on my skin so much! I also picked up the Killawatt Highlighter Duo in Mean Money/Hu$tle Baby (I know, no self-control haha) and this highlighter duo is definitely a keeper. I can't get enough of the lighter shade. I use it everyday for that "lit-from-within" look. The darker, peachy shade is pretty intense, but It works great as an inner corner highlight for my eyes. I'm dying to pick up more things from the Fenty Beauty line. Maybe after payday? Stay tuned..

Next, the accents. Some makeup products I've been reaching for almost everyday include the NYX Tame & Frame brow pomade, Soap & Glory Wonderbronze Highlight & Sculpt Cheek Stick, and of course, Glossier's Balm Dotcom & Cloud Paint in Dusk. I never want to be without some definition & warmth in my cheeks, shaped brows, & moisturized lips.

Lastly, I like to finish off my daily makeup routine with a light, fresh fragrance like Commodity's Magnolia.

Until next time, Megan.
